This is not PRINCE2. Our courses are personal and practical. We use your current or future projects as case studies so you benefit from Day 1.
Our Courses
We have 15+ learning modules across our 'project management 101', 'programme management', 'compelling communication' and 'business essential' training courses.
Each module combines interactive content, tools and templates. We've designed these to make an instant impact to your business. Browse set courses, or pick and choose your preferred modules.
Courses are 1-3 days at a location of your choice. We've trained in London, Zurich & Copenhagen.
Learning modules range from 'Planning' and 'Stakeholder Management', to 'Structured Thinking', 'Excel Basics' and 'Problem Solving'. We also have 'Body Language' and 'Voice' in our communication course.
